At a local internet auction, these four products will be sold. There is not much information about the products and only one photograph is put. The products are described as far east. The height of the bottles is 7 cm. The height of the ceramic vase is written as 16 cm. Can you help me with these products? I think the vase is old. It has a price of $ 70. Do you think this fee is reasonable? I bought some old asian porcelain before but never ceramic. Does this make sense for the first time? Thank you very much for the help and information.

to me, the most interesting item is the cilindrical scent/snuff bottle. I would like to have that, and not the rest.

The green jar is 19th century, made for the SE Asia market. These are often advertised as Ming and are therefore overpriced. Though mass items I find them quite decorative.

Yes, those green jars are attractive. If you search on Shiwan jar you will find many more and see what Birgit means about the varying descriptions/prices. I would not want to pay $70. I sold one a couple of years ago for £25 and felt that was a reasonable price. It may be worth a little more, but I like buyers to feel they have a good deal, too.
I would certainly take note of Giovanni's opinion regarding the snuff bottles. That cylindrical one looks interesting.
The third picture featuring a type of Foo lion is very odd looking. In my opinion very fanciful looking and thus modern.

I agree that these kind of green glazed pottery jars are extremely common and sell in China cheaply because they are not collected. $70 is way over-priced.
Buying Chinese snuff bottles like the three you show here , is a very specialized skill , so I would avoid these too - there are so many fakes around

It was good that I learned that these are shiwan ginger jars. Thanks Julia. I have seen that these are very common and therefore are not valuable antiques. As Birgit said; although they are mass items, they are very decorative. Here is a sample with a cover.

Hello Giovanni. Each product is sold separately. The auction ends on Saturday. I can try to get the cylindrical snuff bottle for you. The price is now around 10 euro. If the price doesn't increase much, I can try to buy it and send it to you if you want.
