The vase is marked, but the mark is not shown in my book so I did not recognise the artist yet. I will post a picture of it.
Yes that vase was outstanding. But since I am still relatively new to collecting cloisonne I am sometimes not having the courage to bid such high amounts on ebay even if I am convinced that the item is worth it. Especially as I bought that black Vase just two weeks ago and it cost a significant amount of money.
Your vase bears the Mark of Adachi Kinjiro
The book I have is a exhibition catalogue from a local museum that got a world class collection of japanese cloisonne by a donator in 2016. I will post the books exact data when I am back home.

@lotusblack They appear to be dragons and phoenixes alternating, two of each. Too bad the neck is bent. But that's also why I got it so cheaply.
@johnshoe I very rarely ever see undamaged Cloisonné if not damaged your going to pay. I had a old wise man tell me a long time ago. Brian if it wasn’t damaged you probably wouldn’t have it. He was right I couldn’t afford the perfect ones but alway could the drilled broke dent and scratched items. Can’t tell you how many vases I own had it not been drilled I wouldn’t own it and it would be in high end auctions. The broken stuff also has an educational purpose allows you to see the works from the construction start and finish product. But most importantly I collect for the artistry not the condition don’t get me wrong everyone likes perfect. But I will alway pay more for broken rare piece than a unbroken poorly painted piece. If you know what I mean.

@johnshoe I love the Phoenix and since the fellow was only working through 1899, according to my pal Google, then it was already 10 years old when it was received as a gift in 1909, a nice old one. Sharon
@lotusblack I feel the same way. The obsession with perfect condition is to a ridiculous degree. My Meiji mini cloisonne dragon dragon vases that I posted a couple months back are damaged, but the main design areas are perfect, and they display beautifully as the damaged parts are turned to the back. I enjoy them immensely and the damage doesn't really bother me. The idea that the value would be cut in half or by 3/4 because of damage like that is idiotic. At any rate, it reminds me of a Mark Twain quote I like: "When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained."

@johnshoe Google cloisonne by Adachi Kinjiro and a geisha girl vase for sale on Ebay comes up, scroll down and information on the artist comes up. I don't know how reliable, but someone researched him for their offered 299.00 geisha girl ginbari style vase. Sharon
