As myself don’t have trained eyes, I cannot give any opinion about it. Here are some bigger pictures and the both signatures- Fan Yongxing (one is yours). Hope that helps.
and please scroll down to '1929' section, the last listed example there, which is a vase decorated by this man.
My initial thought of late 1920s was correct and most likely it is a jar decorated in that factory by that man, also, I find the style especially the figure from the jar you have presented as identical to those on my item.

That is a decent vase Malka and hope it turns out to be as Brigit suggests. I would also lean with Greeno and check out the PROC stuff but i thope Brigit's guess is right on this one.
I used to check these Gotheborg site, and they has some of these listed as people republic i.e 1950's, however now these are not on the gotheborg site, but they do have some from 1920 listed as tentative. I wonder if they had some kind of disagreement about the dating.
It used to show many of these Qianjiang styles dates as from the peoples republic 1950+ so while i would not say fake i might say it is possible some of these could be Peoples republic. Either way i am not sure why Gotheborg has such a problem dating them, I would think they might have figured the dates out, in any case gotheborg now lists them as tenative 1920.
Why i am mentioning this is that Gotheborg was actually a brilliant resources for Qianjiang style porcelain as it had a good resource of PROC dated images and this was very useful to pass/date/eliminate many otherwise republican looking items. It is a shame that has gone or moved to where i cannot find it.
So my advice would be to check PROC Qianjiang style pieces.

Example 662 is a very close copy of 1920s, the item itself is obviously from a later period, the faces are completely different.
Items 796 and 1070 are clearly later than 1920s, just a quick look is enough to see a big difference.

With all respect, Fan (范） is a Chinese surname as Yang (杨）- as Gotheborg 1929 sections. Chinese language always put surname/ family name FIRST. Yongxing- usually given names/ or company names. Fa (发） means send which is the last word on Gotherborg 1929s. They are two different characters on different location with totally different meanings. By the characters, they are two different persons.
