My bowl in that shape was called a lotus bowl by an appraiser and if you Google antique lotus bowl, similarly shaped examples will come up with various decorations. I like the decoration of your piece, no mark, that could be good. Hopefully someone will take a stab at the age, lack of fritting (flea bites) bothers me. Sharon
It’s very nice and has a 19th century look to me. Fritting is something I’d rather expect from 18th century export.

It is a shape (and style) that was popular in late 19th / early 20th c but I haven't see it in blue and white before. Although, I just did a search and found others. I am not convinced these below are late Qing but yours looks older than these, certainly painted better than some of them. I just feel a little hesitant after seeing these.

I forgot to add that genuinely old pieces can have orange peel on the base - not sure if it is there all the time, but you could look for that. I can't tell from the pictures.
I’m almost certain there’s no orange peel effect. The bowl is small at 7 5/8” by about 5 1/2”. When was the blueish tone to the glaze most prevalent, early or late 19th Century or both?
I honestly haven't seen this shape or type of footed bowl before second-half 19th c and I have just searched again on all periods and as footed bowl and narcissus bowl which they are sometimes referred to as.
I have seen some online (incl one of those above) of a similar type of footed bowl, claiming to be Ming. I don't think either are but whether the shape copies a Ming style is not something I would know really, although you do see a similar pattern on earlier pieces. Yours seems to be about the same size as two of the ones I posted earlier (which could be one and the same, I didn't look closely to check).
If your bowl is genuine, I think it is most likely to be roughly Guangxu - my (smaller) bowl is from then and it does have a slight blue tinge to the glaze. However, as I said, I do feel hesitant about it. Most of this type are marked with an often stamped reign mark, they are either with the bluish interior or famille rose on a white background - orange peel occurs on both colour-ways. I really don't remember seeing blue and white and it seems strange that searching for comparative pieces brings up the same pattern.
Maybe I am being too suspicious and someone else feels differently.

Interesting. Thanks everyone. I was thinking 1880 to 1920, but mid 19th sounds good. The outside and bottom have no grittiness, but the inside bottom of the bowl has some roughness spots, which is kinda strange.
