Hi, I don’t know much about monochromes, but dirt inside a lid and on footrims is never a good sign. Looks like they overdid it a bit to make the jars look old.

the moonflask looks right for late 19th century.
Sorry I believe the moonfask is modern, post 1960.
My reason is the stiff and very sloppy painting style especially with the figures. They all look like the same.

hi, mark. I've seen many of these over the years. Often with 4 character kangxi marks and the decorations are always of poor quality. I always thought these were from the late 19th century or very early 20th C. but i might be wrong. For export ware made around 1900, the decorations are sometimes very poorly executed, in my opinion the foot doesn't look new.
I found this on ebay, please note the similarities.
I agree with Mark. 2oth century moon flask. The faces are wrong for older pieces and as mentioned with the same moden "fat shop keeper" type expression. The base looks newer too. Best wishes

I am in agreement with Springmeier, based on the example provided... looking down the neck of 19th-century piece versus mid 20th century pieces. You can clearly see the imperfections and scrapes in the older flask versus a mid century flask.
the blue jars are hard to date; as shinigami says, they could have been fired in a dirty environment to give then that aged look. The quality of the glaze etc is not especially good, but also there seems to be signs of age wear. But the photos do not enlarge well and get blurred. Maybe the jars are late C19th or early C20th? I would not think they are older.
I agree the moonflask is recent , because of the repetitive faces and figures and the lumpy applied handles.. The foot is white but this can be seen on modern vases (ditto the imperfections inside the neck)

In addition I might add that the so-called antique moonflasks currently flooding the market to the point of saturation. All modern with the exemption of the majors where they sell for high sums.
Every time of late I look at a 2nd or lower tier auction there appears to be a few on offer resulting in stupidity paid for said.
Could imagine these in China selling for very low price at there market place.

I also think the moonflask is recent. The handles are messily structured/painted, the foot doesn't look quite wide enough, it seems overly shiny and the blue is too dark, flat and lacking in nuances. As Mark says, it looks like all the figures are the same person going by the face. It looks like it has been made without any understanding.
I quite like the little blue pots. I think it is good that they are not identical. They are suspiciously dirty and I don't think they are early qing as I am not sure the shape/handles are correct (although one is possibly better than the other). Possibly they are late 19th c. I'm not convinced these are powder blue, but I am not very familiar with monochromes at all, also the photos are poor and the items maybe dirty all over. Would examining the glaze through a loupe help?

The glaze on the jars could be sacrificial blue. If they were mine, I would get rid of the labels (since they are not really saying anything useful or establishing any provenance) and let them soak for a while to get rid of dirt and grime, and see what is really there (there might be signs that they were gilted).
