Probably 18th C, right? That's my guess, but others will know with more certainty.
Rock-a-hula, what's the story here? Enamels look 18th century. Just noticed the Europeans on borders, looks like one in pink shirt doing a clog dance, one holding a vase and one I can't make out, interesting.
Chinese porcelain with a shape or decoration copied directly from a European model is called 'Chine de commande'.

Thank you all for your very interesting but diverse comments! I haven't made up my mind on this one and I'm wavering back and forth on it being a copy or genuine 18th c. example. It's very confusing for me.
On Pronk, I don't think it is an example of a Pronk design! Those were very specific, with few variations. A good resource for that is here:

Thanks for the link, I actually saw that a bit ago and forgot where id seen it. Now I've saved it.
As for the platter I still think its 18th century, though I haven't found the variation mention by Guest and Gray from the Mottehedeh collection. Have you found any example in one of your books?

@bartholin The one from Guest & Gray looks to have kiln grit on the rim, while your example has a flat unglazed bottom like some of the Nanking and Canton blue and white. Wonder if it is older or newer than the the rimmed one? I did not realize the central figure was seated, must have been a bacchanal, party time at the VOC.
I'm not sure, Sharon. I've not seen this unglazed bottom before - all of my other examples have rims on the bottom, so I have nothing to compare it to. I'm being pessimistic lately after my previous post on copies, so maybe mine is a later replacement piece? Maybe too much drunken revelry led to a need for replacement!
After staring at it a bit more today, I'm sticking to my initial thoughts on this one. It is a modern copy much like the examples I posted of in the judgment of Paris discussion.

Yes, it is certainly chine de commande, which literally just means it was made in China for the Western market. It is in the Meissen style. Here is a photo from the Hervouet & Bruno book:
