I think I would need to look at this physically before I formed an opinion, and I am not able to do that. (On my pc screen, the pictures of the vase are also appearing in a rather small format as photographs of the hardcopy catalogue page, which further makes examination a little difficult.)
It would be unusual if Nagel had made a big mistake, though sometimes such things do happen, even in the well established auction houses.

Those images that you have provided are undoubtedly of Transitional wares, but as I explained earlier, I cannot clearly see the nature of the decoration on the Nagel vase, because the image of it on my pc is far too small to allow me to make a proper comparison. If Nagel has a web version of their catalogue, in addition to the simple photographed version of their hardcopy catalogue, which is what I have been looking at, then I am sure it will be possible to make a satisfactory comparison. I do not have time to look at their site this evening to see what they have there, but I will take a look tomorrow.
I have never bought anything at Nagel personally, though I am aware that they have a good general reputation.

Dear Xin,
You clearly had some reservations about the authenticity of the Nagel vase when you posted about it. I have now been able to look at it a little more efficiently (and thank you carlyoung for pointing out the magnification feature on the Nagel page).
Bearing in mind that you had reservations, I looked at the vase trying to find aspects which would sit uncomfortably with Transitional production. Two possibilities occurred to me, though I think I have resolved the first of them.
First, I more frequently find that the eye pupils on figures in Transitional wares are smaller, often done as mere dots, a feature which Tommy Eklof also illustrates and notes. I found the eye pupils on the Nagel vase to be a little large. However, this is NOT an absolute criterion, because larger eye pupils may sometimes also be found on Transitional ware. The feature therefore may be a tendency, but not an absolute, so in itself it is far from sufficient for dismissing the vase as a copy.
Second, I was if anything more concerned by what struck me as a certain harshness in the enamel colours, particularly the red, for on Transitional wares, I usually note this to be more iron red in tone. However, I again must hesitate in drawing any conclusion at all from what I see represented on the page, because it so frequently happens that photography is responsible for incorrectly 'translating' and conveying the actual colour of an object to the viewer. How many times have we read statements in the auction catalogues of even the serious houses (among which I would include Nagel, incidentally), that the colour of the item as shown in the catalogue did not fully represent its colour as seen in reality? With this caution in mind, I cannot draw any conclusions from the colours as shown on the page and which, apart from this one, otherwise seemed credible to my eye.
So on balance, and until I had opportunity to inspect the vase physically, which unfortunately is not going to happen but which would help confirm my opinion one way or another, I would set aside my reservations and rely on the expertise and track record of the auction house in this particular instance.

The painting style of this vase concerned me a lot. This is not what I know about transitional period style. The presentation of all figures are too modern to me which I have seen on late Qing pieces. I have never seen similar faces on any transitional pieces. Also the trees are unusual.
Just like you said, some colours are not correct.
