Hello,
why are you declaring in the title and in the description that the jars are 18th century (they are not) and in the item specific that they are 1800-1849 (which too is wrong)?
Giovanni
PS: size missed
Hi Dealaway -
I would consider re-posting these with a corrected dating - both of these jars are fairly new ...
Stuart
Dealaway‘s items for sale are always a source of pleasure to me.

Didn't notice that ebay suggested a similar set and it copied the layout. I must have missed that. I will change it. And I know the Photos are not great. But They are not modern. I Bought them From A Dealer We all know. Thank you for catching the listing mistakes.
A.l.T.
Hello,
to be blunt, I do not think that it is matter of mistake.
You have a lot of things that you are listing as antique, Kangxi revival, Qing, 1800 – 1849 etc., which are, in the best case, vintage. But even not all them, some are completely worthless things.
Explain why, while you have some listing with very clear pictures, all the pictures of this modern, printed bowl are instead out of focus? This is a well known technique for fooling bidders, hoping that not experienced bidders will not realize that the decoration is printed:
And this printed vase too, is it Kangxi revival or modern printed vase, even not worth to be considered decorative in my opinion?
Come on.
Giovanni
Hey everyone look at these trolling peanut gallery hecklers.. You Guys are so smart and self loving! Give yourself a hand. And everyone else look at thier comment history. Nothing but negative and condescending comments. Well you know the most common con artist is one who seems knowledgeable and convincing. Then after getting others to doubt the authenticity and reputation of a seller, they sneak in the back door and buy it using one of thier many sudo Ebay, accounts.
A.l.T.
I’d be embarrassed to show up at Goodwill with items like these. The last time I tried that, the old lady there gave me a boot in the rear and told me to take that.. (curse-word) ..out of here!
take it with a grain of salt
“Well you know the most common con artist is one who seems knowledgeable and convincing. Then after getting others to doubt the authenticity and reputation of a seller, they sneak in the back door and buy it using one of thier many sudo Ebay, accounts.”
There is a non-sense in this , isn’t it?
By saying that someone SEEMS knowledgeable, it means that he isn’t. And if he is not, then how an ignorant person would arrange that plan for stealing precious items? How he knows that they are precious if he is not knowledgeable? It is a non-sense.
I conclude that your meaning was not that I seem knowledgeable, your meaning was that I am knowledgeable. Thank you for that.
And you are right, I am knowledgeable and that was exactly my plan. Convince others to not buy your precious things and then buy myself for reselling them at the more prominent Auction houses.
In fact I was successful in the first part of the plan, because those items did not sell (check in the two links that I posted in the previous post) but then I missed to bid on them because I was sleeping.
Luckily, you have relisted them, so be sure that I will not miss them this time, I will take one gallon of coffee to keep me awake.
And I will take the opportunity to buy also this really rare Kangxi, 1800 – 1849, transfer printed, garbage:
And not missing, among the other garbage, this super rare rank badge:
Well, better to stop now, because usually I am not so kind with scammers who treat everyone else as idiots.
It is a sort of violence and may be treated accordingly.
Giovanni
Hi D6veal/Dealaway -
This forum is for those who wish to share/exchange and discuss thoughts and opinions on objects posted in a friendly and polite manner ...
If you decide to post an object for others views, then do not like the replies received, that is your concern, but there is absolutely reason to be so offensive and impolite in your response - which is total unnecessary, and very disrespectful ...
As Giovanni and others have repeatedly explained, and indeed shown with other examples, the objects you offer are often incorrectly described and dated ...
Personally - as mentioned previously - I and several others do not buy or sell on eBay, so would have no interest to 'sneak in the back door and buy', we are here just to discuss and learn from others ...
I politely suggest you should learn a bit more before making posting such comments ....
Stuart
