Good day to all, hope everyone is healthy and happy. I picked these up from the estate of a prominent KY family. The family had several great items. One was an original Wang Dafan that sold for 13,000. I will be posting and asking questions about a couple more items also. At any rate, can anyone help me with dating these. They are exquisite and impressive. I have no idea of the value. All comments and assistance is greatly appreciated. I can't get my images of the bases to upload. Software says file is too big???

A most impressive looking pair of Foo dogs/ imperial lions. Nice quality. First time though I have seen the female with a ball along with her cub. Not sure how old they are without a view of the base etc. Am sure others will be able to help.
Would be very much like to view the Wang Dafan that sold.

@imperialfinegems, I posted a few low quality photos a few days ago under the tag Republic Period Porcelain Table Screen. The Wang Dafan was auctioned of in Lexington, Ky on Sun. This piece brought 13,000.00 even though there was no auction preview due to covid 19. The auction house did not name the artist and described the item poorly. I wanted it so bad. Outside my price range though.

Any educated guesses on how much the pair will bring on eBay 10 day no reserve auction with the opening bid of $9.99. I honestly can't find anything to compare them with. I've looked through hundreds of auction catalogs with nothing close.

Certainly, One dog is missing part of ribbon and crown. The other is pristine. Measurements: 20 inches tall x 9.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches deep.

I also have not seen similar to yours so the following is just an educated estimate. So I may of course be wrong with my estimate. Just my personal thoughts.
Given the quality, large size and the condition issue to one they are I think as a pair worth between $1500-2500.
How much they will bring on eBay is anyone's guess but I would be surprised if they sold below $750.

Well, Imperialfinegems, we will see. They go live tomorrow @ 6:30 pm on 10 day auction no reserve. Opening bid 9.99. Maybe Peter will give them some exposure and educational advice in the news letter. I'd love to hear his take on them.
