So far, I've seen two pieces of Ru ware. One in the Meiyintang Collection in Zürich and the other one in the Princessehof Museum in Leeuwarden, Netherlands. I think the next one will be in Dresden, if it's on display there. These are really awesome pieces .

I would also like to acquire the catalog from KY Fine Art but it looks like most of it can be read online. Only the pictures seem to be missing. http://www.kyfineart.com/index.php?_p=exhibition&id=16 But I believe the Ru dish with gold lacquer repairs come from the ZHANGGONGXIANG KILN and NOT the QINGLIANGSI KILN. The catalog is interesting to me because it also focus at the ZHANGGONGXIANG KILN.
A quote from one of the chapters in the catalog:
-- “Ru ware” is short for “Ruzhou ware”. In the Song dynasty, ceramics were often named after the prefectures where they were produced. For instance, those produced in the Jizhou prefecture (in present-day Jiangxi province) in the Song were called “Jizhou ware”; those in the Yaozhou prefecture (in present-day Shaanxi province) were “Yaozhou ware”; and those in Raozhou (in present-day Jiangxi province) were Raozhou ware. The ceramics produced in kilns in Ruzhou (in present-day Henan province) were thus known as “Ruzhou ware” in the Song dynasty.
During the Song dynasty, celadon was produced at a number of kilns within the Ruzhou prefecture, including the LINRU KILN, the DUANDIAN KILN in Lushan county, the DONGOU KILN, and the ZHANGGONGXIANG KILN, but the favourite of Emperor Huizong was the celadon from the QINLIANG (r. 1101-1125) TEMPLE KILN in Baofeng. All these can be called Ruzhou ware or Ru ware. --
This was the reason why the book in focus is interesting to me, because it covers all of the five mentioned kilns. Additionally it also cover the WENMIAO KILN which for some strange reason is not covered in the catalog by KY Fine Art.
An example of a piece of Ruzhou ware or Ru ware from the ZHANGGONGXIANG KILN offered at auction in recent years is this tray unsold at Christie's. http://www.alaintruong.com/archives/2016/05/29/33882204.html
@xin_fawis I appreciate your degree of knowledge in Song wares. I have a piece I once posted years ago, but not many photos, that I think is Song dynsty. I certainly could have it TL tested, but I hate the idea of a drill mark on the bottom.
Would posting photos really be sufficient to determine authenticity?
Thank you.

I don't like TL test with drilling either. It's a shame to hurt these old heirlooms just to know the age. A true expert doesn't need high tech.
Sometimes it's not easy to determine authenticity according to photos. It depends. You know light, colour reproduction and so on. But sometimes it's so obvious that a couple of photos are enough.
You can share your Song ware with us again. We're glad to see something interesting.

This tray is not sold. The owner is a young man from Taiwan. I know him. He has a great collection, mostly high quality ceramics from Japanese privat collection.

That's great! I have five pieces of celadon ware that possibly come from the Zhanggongxiang Kiln and if so can be considered Ru ware. One of them is a bowl that has a glaze and crackle pattern that matches just perfectly with the tray at Christie's. I posted it here a couple of years ago but I didn't get any qualified response. It was described as Korean celadon by the source.
Here is another interesting celadon lotus bowl that was sold a short while ago. In the end I decided to leave it and only put small symbolic bids on it which I regret all ready. I had (probably wrongfully) concluded that the bowl was jun-type but couldn't tell if was period, a Qing dynasty copy or modern. I was considering Ru ware because of the spur marks. The round (millet-shaped) spur marks and gray paste is characteristic for Ru ware of the Zhanggongxiang kiln and the Wenmiao kiln but is also seen at Song dynasty Jun ware.
I also knew that I had to check with a celadon cup sold at christie's that can also be considered Ru-ware since I remembered that it also had round spur-marks and a gray paste but then I forgot about it. If I had seen that one came from the Donggou kiln I would probably have been more enthusiastic about bidding on the lotus bowl. https://www.christies.com/en/lot/lot-5932339
That is interesting that the piece did not sell and that you know the owner! I remember seeing the always great Chi Fan Tsang talking about it Christie's in the beginning of her profile video: 0:43 seconds:
I always loved this tray from this video. Super interesting to see it brought up again!
All the best,
Justin
Another fine Ru dish with carved foliage decoration appear in an exhibition catalog from from KY Fine Art; 'The Art Of The Song Dynasty' held in 2016. Lot number 19. Thought to have come from the Duandian kiln. Can be seen in this online catalog:

A couple of Ru pieces from the Linru kiln can be seen at VAM's site. Both pieces look very similar to Yaozhou ware and it is noted in the description that:
"The two dishes pictured here are examples of ceramics probably made at Linru, in the Henan province of China during the Jin dynasty (1115-1234). During this period, the kilns at Linru produced wares that imitated those made at the Yaozhou kilns in the neighbouring Shaanxi province. Yaozhou wares were popular for their olive green glazes and their detailed surface designs. These wares appear to be very similar to their Yaozhou contemporaries, but their glazes have very slight differences in colour and shine that reveal they were probably fired slightly differently."

The art of calligraphy - and for the ancient Chinese it certainly was an art - aimed to demonstrate superior control and skill using brush and ink.
