Did you have to use oven mitts to pick it up? Looks fresh out of the oven, but decorative.
Sorry... just saw you were new to our Forum. I was just making a little 'tongue in cheek' humor. The overall rendering of the vase is not like Yongzheng work... it is too soft and flat. The vessel itself is very new looking. The mark is too thickly drawn. Hope this helps.

lol.....my first reason for saying new was the foot is flat, the paste not compact and white, and the oxidation. as i recall from peter's videos on feet, the qing had solved the oxidation problem by the early 18th C. maybe even sooner.
Hi - concur with Tim, Tony and Mark ...
This is copying a known Imperial Yongzheng type in form/decoration, but has little age ...
The overall proportions, painting style, cobalt/glaze tones, footrim trimming and individual character writting in the mark are all wrong ...

I’m wondering if you are buying from a container shop. You have to be careful to an inexperienced person a container everything looks old.
When established auction houses start using weasel phrases such as, "probably of the period," that means no provenance and buy at your own risk, i.e. probably new.
@sharonp i'm not sure what you mean. I haven't bought these from auction houses
@clerene0141 I just mean that you have to be very careful, copies have become so good that even experts at some established firms are no longer certain that all items are what they claim to be and have built in margin for error by ambiguously phrasing descriptions of items. I too believe it is good idea to study catalogues and books before parting with any money.
@clerene0141 From a dealer, a private seller of a collection, a store, or other? If it was from a seller who has an online presence, could you share a link with us to view more of their inventory?
@johnshoe the item in this post, i got it from this seller https://jp.mercari.com/user/profile/432957947
i have bought from multiple different sellers though so not all from the same seller. It's basically like Ebay
@clerene0141 Gotcha. So anything like this where there are multiple sellers it is important to understand the sellers history and figure out if they sell authentic things, reproductions, or both. Most of the time on Ebay and similar sites, the things that appear to be great treasures are reproductions. Now, with that said, this forum includes many people, myself included, who are always seeking out those hidden/forgotten treasures, and sometimes we find them. But, we can only do so after a lot of study and experience and being able to page through the thousands and thousands of fakes and being able to tell the difference. In addition to the other suggestions we've made, you might also want to go through older forum posts and read through the comments. This is where I have come to learn about many many things. You will see that we don't always agree with each other, and sometimes very knowledgeable members on occasion are incorrect in their assessments. But it is all useful information that can help you become better informed, and in the far majority of cases, together we come to the correct conclusion. But all of us are still learning, and so we help each other, because our collective knowledge is far greater than anything any of us can acquire by ourselves. I once again will say that I think you would be wise to stop buying for the time being and just study, because you have not yet learned to tell the difference between authentic items and reproductions, so you are susceptible to buying fakes that will waste your money. Unless you want to buy from totally reputable places that are safe, then by all means go for it. But you also need to learn which places those are. And, keep in mind, even the reputable places can sometimes get things wrong, so even then you have to do your research and come to an informed decision. One of the mantras we have here is "buyer beware". I hope our feedback is encouraging you, because I know it can be hard to accept when your things are not what you had hoped they could be. But these are important learning experiences that can teach us a great deal and help us moving forward. John
