It came with a large amount of very old pottery (some legitimately ancient) -not a known collection and its all been stored away for a couple generations. Were they making repops back then? Its very lightweight, about 10” H. Some damage.

You seem to be starting from a very high point of confidence that this and your other pieces are authentic. I understand ... we all get very excited about the prospect of discovering a pile of valuable ancient ceramics!
However, allow for the natural, healthy, and probable skepticism to enter your thinking process, okay?
Even great collections have a few bad apples. Based on this photo of a Tang ewer, this one looks like a reproduction, but if genuine (I don't believe it is), then it's poorly made or the condition has altered it's appearance beyond what I would consider for putting into collection. Therefor, the prospect of this piece having come from a generations old collection seems ...well, not likely.
Your other posts of Jun wares are pretty, but the colors are just not eye poppingly beautiful as I would expect from an old collection (which you claim they are from). Perhaps this is just because of the photos, but I don't get the sense that they're old, either.
How about you post photos taken in bright natural light, that are clear enough that we can see the texture of the porcelain?
I would also suggest that you evaluate each piece on it's individual merits. The best way to hide a fake is to put it between two similar genuine pieces. A few of us in this forum might get fooled once in a while by this, but there are enough keen eyes here that someone will point out the mistake.
Finally, what are you seeking? Affirmation that they are genuine because you want to buy them? Or, affirmation that they are genuine because you are you trying to sell them?
I think the later, and I think you will be dissapointed. Sorry.
No im not the owner, just hoping to acquire a few pieces i like for my bookshelf. The ewer may be part of a package deal if its all sold together. I do appreciate your opinion and information.
@surfcollector Another member of the forum who has collected many tang Sancai items over the years has told me recently that the authentic older sancai glaze tends to display a faint crackle when observed under magnification. I'm curious if you look at yours closely do you see any crackle? And also if any other members care to comment on this technique for assessing tang items and any other methods to help determine authenticity vs repros for these items. I think I am remembering that it has been said these items should be dense with good weight, so lightness could also be an indication of more modern reproduction if that is the case. I'm curious what others will say. Cheers!

If this collection and pieces within have been ‘stored away for a very long time’, has the seller provide any documented evidence ie: old invoices/receipts to verify this? ...
All of these types of wares were virtually unknown in Europe and America until the first decade of the 20th C when railway construction began to unearth numerous tombs and the finds within, including such pieces, becomes available to acquire ...
As always, as soon as it become know there was a ‘ready market’ for such pieces, copies started been produced and offered for sale, these been known of by the late 1910/early 20’s ...
I would tread very carefully ...
