You shouldn't consider buying anything on the basis of a single photo - it's impossible to judge condition or identify age etc. I would guess 4 or 5 of these are Japanese , one is possibly C18th chinese famille rose, but really it's just supposition.

No. 6 looks badly damaged in the middle.

Hi Shinigami, you maybe right. Or else it could also be just dirt as they don't look like they have been too well taken care of. I, too, noticed that the iron string has caused some minor damages (chips and rusts) around the rim. He still has not sent me any more pics. He was asking for $65 a piece. Is no. 6 worth the price? How about the rest?
By the way, there are a few more photos of chargers that he sent initially along with the bunch

Don't buy any of these without far better photos unless you are happy to just spend $65 on the off-chance - does that include shipping?
I thought plate 6 might be Yongzheng, that was my initial thought but I am not certain because the enamels are flat and lacking that jewel-like quality and the damage to the centre panel seems strange. Besides, those iron plate holders can cause associated hairlines, you would need to have good close-ups to assess possible damage.
All things being equal, if I were going to buy something decorative for display, I quite like 3, but if I wanted an antique Japanese or Chinese plate, I feel I could do a lot better than any of these. 18th century plates, with some damage like hairlines, but perfectly good to display, can be picked up very cheaply.

How big are these ? No 6 looks like a soup plate , and could be Yongzheng , though we'd need to see better photos , inc of the base. The central reserve shouldn't be so dirty, and looks a little odd. I agree with Julia the enamels don't really look bright enough or deep enough to be C18th, so it could be a copy. Strange that the seller is reluctant /unable to send photos of the backs.
The others look like large plates rather than chargers, and for C20th Japanese , maybe $65 is over the money. The imari ones are very ordinary , imo. If any of the plates are recent chinese , then definitely $65 is too much. . The fish on the 7th and 8th are very oddly painted,
the last four you posted are interesting, even if modern , but have probably a factory mark on the back (Japanese or Chinese ?)
