I this modern? The decoration looks good to me, with clear marks where the brush was lifted up at the end of each stroke. Or, is it just a cleverly printed pattern?
The foot rim is more or less the right shape for circa 1800, but it is clean as a whistle and pure white--doesn't look like any real Nanking foot rim to me.
Here is one that is extremely similar, in terms of shape and foot rim.
This doesn't look right to me--just too darn clean. Any thoughts?

Its painted not printed and in my opinion it's circa 1800-1820's.
If it was later 19th Century the border and design would be more sloppy.

It looks fine to me, too. It is a very nice example; maybe it has been cleaned up (lots of advice available online) or well looked after.
Congrats 👏 Steve collects these, he may be along soon. I like the little scenes they depict, mystical, magical Cathay.
Yes, as the others have noted, it's a legit Nanking patterned dish, probably 1800-1810 or so.
I love that these late 18th c. - early 19th c. high-quality detailed blue and white export patterns occasionally get confused with cheaper transfer ware. I've scored some of my nicer examples from sellers who assumed they were printed. No, actual craftsmanship when into every line.

@steve Nanking has guy on bridge, Canton without the guy on the bridge. I keep trying to remember that, but I get it mixed up sometimes. What happens when there is no bridge? 🤔
@sharonp Yes, there's usually a guy with a parasol on the bridge.
According to my book on Chinese export porcelain, the name Nanking pattern originally was used, starting in 1756, to indicate the higher quality export blue and white porcelain. It's associated with the Third Period pagoda pattern, c. 1780-1820 and may or may not have a pedestrian on a bridge, apparently. (By around 1817 these examples were being far outnumbered by the more standardized Canton pattern.) My example above may be referred to as the Two Birds pattern, the design that inspired the English Willow pattern.
@sharonp The one with the unusual subject matter with the big opening bid? Yes, I noticed that. It is a sweet dish damaged or not.
