I picked up this bowl just it’s beautiful! Did some digging and got confused,

I only came across one example of a Harumitsu mark and at the end of the thread on Asian Art forums, someone told the poster that the mark was actually Shunko-sei. Is that what you read, too? However, on another site it said that the shunko mark is often misread as Harumitsu, so my feeling is that this is a Shunko mark.
Ignoring the mark, it does seem to have some similarities with the pre-noritake pieces that I saw. The outside pattern appears quite modern, if I only saw that I would also have guessed mid 20th c. However, the inside has a few nods to Meij designs which makes me think it is earlier than that. Maybe Taisho?

Not really, I'm afraid. I did find another thread on that forum which may be useful. The only other thing I can suggest is that perhaps you are cheeky and contact a seller on Ruby Lane called The Many Faces of Japan as they had some pieces by this artist for sale. They are also on Facebook so if you are on there, you may be able to message them that way. It is a bit cheeky and I feel a little uncomfortable suggesting it, but it may be worth a try.
