can someone help me in dating this Vase? and maybe a similar sold example for price estimation?

I can't date this very well , I guess mid C20th , or a bit later ? The crackles on this haven't really worked and come out as long straight artefacts, which may deter buyers and lower the value. Also the shape and proportions of the vase are not very attractive or fine ... just my view.

Those marks on the base are they spur marks ? If they are spur marks your vase may not be Chinese. Maybe that's why Tam thinks the shape is wrong. Some Chinese items that were made as revival pieces particularly crackle wares have false spur marks in imitation of much earlier production that when originally made used kiln supports during firing. I can not see from your photo's due to my screen limitations if the marks on the base are real of false. If real spur marks they will sit in the glaze and some of the glaze will have migrated up the marks, they normally feel sharp. If false that is painted on after the pot was fired they will appear to sit on the glaze they may have a rough feel due to abrasion. Perhaps if you supplied a close up photo of the base the experts here will have a better chance of answering your questions.

Generally it is called Ge or Guan type vase. Mostly this kind of crackle happens to early Qing pieces, around Yongzheng and Qianlong. Bluish white glaze with big crackles, black and brown lines. Your pictures are too blurry and I can't see all details.
The iron points mark can be found on Qianlong Ge type pieces, mostly 7 points on the bottom of big plates.
The foot rim looks very modern. My guess, it could be modern. I'm not really sure.

The spur marks definitely look like they were painted on. :O
Even if the vase isn't that old, I would still say that it is fairly decorative!
