I saw her in a Sarasota Antique Shop (I know she is only vintage) and I had to buy her. Is she from Jingdezhen and is she worth anything? I love her.

I think if she was from the period (1966-76) she would be worth something because cultural revolution memorabilia are highly collected in China now. Sadly this also means all types of objects from that era are being copied now, so this could be new. I see many Cultural Revolution posters, porcelain vases etc in the local curio market here , metal enamel badges etc and some figures like this. But it is safe to assume 90% of all ' CR' or Mao era items being sold now are new.
Just looking at the unworn base here and the quality of the modelling in her face and clothes , I suspect this is very recent , but can't be sure. Was she sold to you as vintage , and did the antique dealer warrant it as genuine (1960s ) rather than new?

It was sold as vintage in 1999 Sarasota, Florida. The only thing I could find on line was a photo of her standing next to a similar figure of Chairman Mao and on the other side of Chairman Mao was a male figure dressed the same way, but other than a separate blurb on the Chairman Mao figure that said it was made about 1964, nothing, and when I tried to go to the site, nothing came up. She could have been new in the nineteen nineties, but odd that someone would have faked her then? Would they have sold them to tourists? No, the shop owner did not warrant anything and she was not expensive, probably 50 U.S. at the most. Thank you for the information that things from that period are being faked. I suppose there is nothing that is not being faked due to market demands.

If you bought this in 1999 there is a high probability that it maybe from the period (1966-76). It's a bit difficult to determine either way by way of a few pictures.
From my limited understanding cultural revolution themed porcelain/other were a sort of mass produced type wares. I recall in my youth in the late 1970's seeing examples of these types of wares. These types of maoist tourist/other type wares were considered at the time to be junk lol. Mass produced low quality and cheap! I may be wrong but I think these types of wares have been in a continuous production mode since 1960's.

Here it is without the little felt pieces, which was the way the shop probably received it. The shop was located off St. Armands Circle in Sarasota and this was the only Asian object in the shop that day. The shop owner was nice and if it is a fake, then it was unwittingly received. Just looks like tool marks to me but I can see why someone placed the felt pads. Thanks.
I agree that if you bought it in 1999 then it is probably from the 60s or 70s . In the 90s Mao and the CR were re-evaluated (a 'mistakes were made' kind of re-assessment) and CR period objects went out of fashion, so they probably would not have produced this 'Red Guard' just before you bought it .
Now there is great nostalgia for that time, especially among the retired generation in China, and even local shops here display Mao portraits, so that feeds demand for reproductions. Also there is a separate market for tourists wandering around temples in Shanghai and other cities, where there are lots of kitsch souvenir shops.
