I have bought this dish, I don't know if it is Chinese or Japanese, or other, but interesting to me, minimalist, I don't know, but I like it:)
@88teo88 It looks very much in the taste of Yongzheng period wares, so if it is a European copy, they did a magnificent job. The piece is very unusual, and to have no mark is unusual for both Chinese and European wares of this quality. How wide and tall is it?
Your photos are not clear enough to zoom in on the texture of the porcelain. Please post very very clear (high light) photo of the foot, the rim, and the dragon fly enamel.
I seem to recall a painting technique called 'open bones' or something, that is reminiscent of brush painting style of enamel work (an early version of Qianjiang porcelains of the late 19th c)....I'm struggling with the name and I can't find it on Google, but I'll figure it out.

@88teo88 I think I figured it out. It’s Arita ware, late 18th to early 19th c.
The rendering of the leaves and insect were very familiar to me…. It turns out I have a Arita vase from the late 18th to early 19th c that copies Yongzheng style depictions of insects and flowers.
Take a look…. Similar brushwork and I can say the pastel colors fit as well.
This is how it would look if it was actually Chinese Yongzheng period.

but don't you have a feeling of the 20th century? because of that light blue?
@88teo88 I generally judge age AFTER quality. Well made pieces often feel relatively new.
Could it be 20th c.? Yes it could be, especially since it appears to be kind of a dinner plate. OR, with respect to the suggestion of being European, it has a bit of a Meissen quality to it, in which case it could be 18-19th c., but of very fine quality.
Your photo of the back is not nearly close enough, nor clear enough, to see the texture of the porcelain. Is the entire back unglazed?
It does look very like a 1960s European dinner plate, especially with that blue, but the size and the back look wrong for that. I think it may be a tray.
That looks like gold trim on the edge, if it is, the tone of that will give a clue to the dating.
