Hi All,
This little enamel brush washer impressed me because of its weight--the copper is thick, and it is surprisingly heavy, compared to other pieces of Canton enamel I have found. I know nothing about this type of enamelware, except that it has been made for hundreds of years and is pretty common. It has a nicely drawn Qianlong dynasty mark on the bottom. I am guessing it is late Qing in age, but that is just a guess. Any thoughts?

Nice! I agree with John on the aging... perhaps late 19th c., but the scrolling is not as tight as genuine Qianlong / Jiaqing enamel work.
Interestingly I found one attributed to the 18th century being offered by Bonhams skinner in 2016. It's almost identical to your one but the detail is more pronounced. It was estimated at $300-500. It did not sell.
I agree with the comments by John @johnshoe and Tim's @Greeno107.
I think it's much later than 18th.

I'd also say first quarter 20th c. Lyon and Turnbull sold one with the mark in a square as it is with the one Mark posted. They say not Qianlong but don't suggest a date. I think it may be a little older than the one in the first post as it is slightly different.
Here is a close-up of the mark. Definitely hand-painted (you can see where the brush-strokes end), and well done. It is a dead ringer for the Bonhams one, in terms of form. But as Mark said, not as tightly painted (and I am dubious of the date on the Bonhams example!). I am comfortable with late Qing-Republic.
