Its been listed for a few months without a single offer yet we have seen so much fake stuff sell with multiple bids etc.
When I tried listing in Auction format,a perfect 19th c piece sold for the grand sum of £4.20.
A fair offer would buy this plate.
It is probably a visibility issue.

Ebay visibility issues concern me with running auctions with low starting prices ,I think i mentioned before that i had a nice Famille rose dish with Guangxu mark probably period too that got no bids with a £10 start , I relisted at £300 buy now and sold it within 2 weeks. People say that with Ebay if the item is good it will find the buyers but i think there are other factors at play .
I would love Peter to comment on this common issue as he would be more qualified to comment on Ebay's algorithms etc.

Yes it is very hard to get noticed on ebay. When you listed it as buy it now did you pay extra for the ebay promotion ? Only ask as i never have used it. It seems quite expensive and I am unsure what ebay actually do to promote a listing. I like your charger it comperes very well with the other damaged chargers that are currently on ebay. In fact I think yours is better painted. I hope now you have shown it on Bidamount your views will go up and you get a good offer.

The above plate is only 23cm, a much smaller and perhaps of lesser quality than your plate but will be interesting to see how it does.

Thanks SD,that Plate is in great condition but it will be interesting to see the result.
Also,unless you are local,packing and shipping is usually around £40 which you generally have to arrange yourself as very few auction houses now offer packing and shipping.

Your charger is much better quality, it is very clearly a better quality plate and almost twice the size. I guess it has that hairline, but perhaps that is a good idea to start at a lower price. I can see your charger has great potential to be a bargain for someone.
