Has a cyclical date Summer of "Wuchen" 1988. Don't recognize artists name, painted at Tao Peak Mountain Hut.

I would like to find it:) how can you read this? is this simplified Chinese characters or the normal?

Cannot help with the artist name but I was able to date the painting to the Chinese Cyclical year "Wuchen" which corresponds to the western date of 1988. The characters are normal, not simplified.

Sorry for the delay, packing is taking over my life! Here is a quick copy of her face and also there is some calligraphy inside the figure. She is not exactly the same, but there is some resemblance in the sweetness of the face, the way the eyes are done. At least I thought so.
