These are reminiscent of Chinese dragon cups in Qianlong style, but I assume they are later and possibly Japanese? The mark is a mystery to me though. Might these be Meiji? One is repaired, but not with kintsugi, unfortunately. The enameling seems pretty nice.

(If you wish) some extra notes:
I cannot say with absolute certainty these were from the Wazen workshoppe(s) specifically, or that they are definitively Meiji (due to subsequent generations tributing antique styles quite accurately).
At one point, there were 3 individuals with the title of Eiraku working throughout Japan in the later 19th century, so sometimes it can be hard to pin down exactly who/which/where; as this seal was used by subsequent generations - and even the predecessor, Hozen.
However, a Meiji dating if provided by somebody more familiar would certainly not surprise me either; and all pieces (be that Wazen, Tokuzen, or Myōzan) from the lineage enjoy high regard and passion from collectors to this day.
(A recent antiques auction I was viewing online last week had several generations sold, and the contemporary ones sold for just as much by a very receptive audience).

Hello Todd,
You have been busy. Like your cups. I found this dictionary of Japanese potters and their marks. I like it as you can search under the shape of the mark which cuts down on ploughing through 100's of random marks. If you are lucky enough to find a mark that matches something you have it gives a potted history of the maker. If you already know the name of the potter there is an alphabetical search function as well. I have found it useful.
