Speaking of Peter, does anyone know why there wasn't a video or updates yesterday? Also, I put in a request for appraisal on Monday and haven't heard back. Did he say he was taking a week off?

@charlotte I agree. He usually informs us ahead of time if he won't post for some reason or other. I'm a bit concerned as well. I hope all is well.
I definitely think something is going on. He would have mentioned if it was something planned, so definitely something unplanned. I am just hoping that it isn't anything health related, but I'm feeling that something must have happened. If I hear anything I will let you guys know.

Today I am thinking back to those times I was really worried about someone else and they turned out to be just fine. Hoping this is one of those cases.

I think if Peter sees what a worrier I am, he'll be reluctant to ever share anything personal with me again☺️! I can picture him saying "don't you guys have anything better to do with your Saturdays than worry about ME?" I'm picturing him and Francesca over a bottle of fine wine, having a mouthwatering lunch in some divine restaurant by the sea!
If it makes anyone feel better I did talk with him earlier this week and he was fine. Although his phone was cutting in and out and he told me the phone company had recently done some work to replace things related to their service because the saltwater destroys things where he lives. My guess is that he might be having some tech issues related to those recent repairs which could have interfered with his video releasing schedule. John
