Notice the great differences in painting styles, cobalt tone, footrim trimming, base and mark writing between this piece and the example you posted …

From the images, this appears to be a copy of a well known Qing dynasty, Kangxi period, so 1622-1722, vessel type ...

I believe the Gugong, Palace Museum Collection, Beijing, hold an authentic example. I will try and trace, post images tomorrow ...
