Hey all,

I picked this over a year ago and have been holding onto them for more to build a small collection for sale. I was taking a look at these two tonight again and Im having some questions about their age. I know its in the style of generic 19th+c. canton export, but i think they may be older. The double-joinery handles, which have been fortunately intact, is a clue along with the back of the plate suggesting 18th century style. The plate also has some glaze missing on the rim like a chip almost exposing the porcelain.

Anyone seen the cup or bowl before like the handles yet? Any insight to its age is very welcomed as well.

I am hoping to find out thoughts on age and value of this mirrored wall pocket pair. I was thinking about getting them, but I usually buy items and enjoy them for a year or so, then often sell them. Also, do you think they were damaged and that’s why someone enclosed them in pewter (or whatever the metal is)? The porcelain is about 8”. Hopefully the photo is ok. It’s all I have.

I have the opportunity to purchase this pair of mixed metal vases in the style of Suzuki's works. Im hesitant since its a small investment if they are legitimate, but the details and photos are pretty vague and unclear. The signature is missing the double-mountain signature above them, and I've only been able to see this signature on a pair listed via Waki auctions on another pair. Its currently a gamble, but from what is shown, is it likely made by him?
