Picked up this little 4.5” tall fellow yesterday from the thrift store. I think he might be republic period but im not sure so thought I’d ask here!!

Japanese Blue & White Porcelain Plate Multiple Spurs Age Please?

Hi all would be grateful for any assistance on this Japanese plate. 11 inches diameter. I have done research on it, I assume Arita, not getting a clear consensus on age. Should I assume pre-1850 because of the multiple spur marks? My research seems to indicates at least not 18th century or earlier. Thank you! Best, -Ron

Archaic metal dragon key?

Hey everyone, I'd love to hear opinions about this small metal object. It came out of a collection of mostly Persian antiques but they also had an interest in antique Asian and South American objects. I am thinking this could be an old key, perhaps for tuning an instrument, but I'm not sure. The dragon with upturned lips reminds me of Han and earlier style Chinese types. Do you think this is a key or something else, Persian, Chinese, kind of old, really old???? John

Is This Chinese Export jade or Older?

Good afternoon all! I just bought this piece and I know nothing about it. It seems old and features a carved a guy on a vine to me and a boat. It is pretty large. It is 10.9 cm by 5.3 cm and 89.2 grams. I am hoping someone will be able to help me with the age and origin. Thank you so much for looking and for your responses

Canton export plate and bowl with unusual double-joinery handles

Hey all,

I picked this over a year ago and have been holding onto them for more to build a small collection for sale. I was taking a look at these two tonight again and Im having some questions about their age. I know its in the style of generic 19th+c. canton export, but i think they may be older. The double-joinery handles, which have been fortunately intact, is a clue along with the back of the plate suggesting 18th century style. The plate also has some glaze missing on the rim like a chip almost exposing the porcelain.

Anyone seen the cup or bowl before like the handles yet? Any insight to its age is very welcomed as well.
