I've been trying to work out what this is for ages? It's clearly a shaker of some sort. I'm guessing it's supposed to be Meiji period silver but I'm not entirely sure it's genuine - especially with the presence of both the 'Sterling and 'Jun Gin' marks. Any help would be great.

1. Rare Jin-Yuan celedon and russet hat finial depicting a maiden with 2 egrets in vines and lotus leaf. 7.5cm high on a hongmu later stand.

2. 19th C black jadev'chinlong' liberation cup 15.5 x 9.5cm.

3. A rather unusual white and russet jade figure of Jiao Ren with a dragon. 19th Century 9.5cm high.

4. A 19th Century soapstone carving of a Luohon 11cm high.

I picked this up today and need some insight into it. It's 9⅝x2⅞x3⅞ inches, weighs just shy of 2 lbs. It's not marked, the crackling seems to be naturalized but not ancient. 

Seeking opinions into its age. 

I recently found this green glazed water dropper and would appreciate any thoughts. I've found a similar example from Bukowskis depicting a frog that appears to be Kangxi, and other examples ranging from Ming to Republic, however have not found one with this form. I've included photos of my item and the Bukowskis example below, thank you for any ideas.
