What Tam said is correct, it is a teapot made for the domestic market which originally would have had a wire or rattan loop handle.  There is a cyclical date of “Ren Zi” near the end of the poem dating this to 1912. As far as value, I would think $100-$150 USD would be a fair price.

I agree, looks late 19th Century with what looks like a partial tongzhi seal/chop mark.

Check carefully for any damage before committing!

in my opinion this nicely painted teapot is very late Qing, possibly 1890s. If it's undamaged the price may be ok. Try to get it for less. The invoice doesn't mean much as it doesn't state to what item it originally belonged nor when the item was sold (being at this time less than 100 years old). But I think in this case it's not used to sell a fake so it can be ignored. Sometimes old handles are sold on Ebay, so you could make it look more like a teapot again.

I fond this nice Chinese teapot in the antique shop in my town.

The teapot has a receipt or invoice from when sold and also has a brown wax seal on the bottom.

Now I don't know if this teapot is a 19th century export piece or a modern one.

I only want to buy it if is a genuine piece and I want to know really how much this is worth.

The price in the shop is a bit over £200.

Probably I can get it a bit cheaper.

Please help.
