Hi!

I agree with Brigit, it looks late 19th century qing to me. I've seen so many of these around, with the flowers and butterflies in similar leaf/flower shape, sometimes with some figures of women or scholars. I personally don't collect those as they tend to have so many oxidaition spots (which is fine, but it is just not interesting to me in such late pieces).

The foot looks really dirty, but from here I can see it looks like the paste underneath looks really white, which is good! Just in case you can always clean a small area of the foot to see if it is actual dirt or some stain, which is an indication of a fake. Also, the glow reflected, from the pictures and that deep almost opaque red used on the bottom, looks very characteristic of late-qing to me.

Asking for a friend but I thought the foot looked good for proper age... Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
